Terms of Service for Lyric Tools™

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Lyric Tools™ application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lyric Tools™ is a Google Add-on productivity tool designed to assist users in writing and editing lyrics. It uses Google Apps™ Script automations.

3. User Data

Lyric Tools™ does not collect or store personal data on external servers. All data is processed within your Google account via Google Apps™ script and Google Docs™. No personally identifiable information is transmitted. You sign-up for the Add-on via the Google Workspace™ Marketplace.

4. External Services

The Add-on does not integrate with any third-party services except Google’s. Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. You are solely responsible for complying with those third-party terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, instructional content, and UI elements of Lyric Tools™ are the intellectual property of the app’s creator and are protected by copyright laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lyric Tools™  is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranties are made regarding reliability, functionality, or accuracy. Use is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of Lyric Tools™ shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including data loss or service disruption.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the Add-on constitutes acceptance of any changes.
